I feel so lucky to have the daughter I do, she is my favorite person to hang out with, my favorite person to laugh with and my favorite person to learn from. Although this day is for recognizing and appreciating Moms, I would not have that honor without her. I owe my title to her Birth Mother, who surely loved my daughter enough to know when her job was finished, and created an opportunity for mine to begin. My thoughts of her and my thanks are a daily occurrence.
And now we have Lu to love as well, and with him, another Birth Mother to honor on this day.

went running to the computer to check the site and make sure your butts werent in china with the quake! Thanking about you and wish for a uneventful journey to the other side of the earth to get that beautiful Boy! Glad you are home safe and sound and hope that Lu is safe and sound in China.
